Optimal Deployment of Flood Emergency Response Materials under Stochastic Demands

چکیده

This study aims to develop a planning model for the deployment of flood emergency response materials under stochastic demands. For ease modeling, deterministic demand is first proposed, from which further extended. These models are used determine allocation transport truck routes and distribution stockpiled sites. The formulated as multiple integer network flow problems with special side constraints characterized NP-hard in terms optimization. To solve complicated efficiently, we also solution algorithm based on problem decomposition technique coupled variable fixing technique. Finally, preliminarily evaluate proposed algorithm, perform numerical tests using data related Taiwan system. test results good, indicating potential usefulness practice.
